Customers wishing to return items purchased online must call 1-800-283-5370 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Returned items must include a copy of the opriginal packing list with the Return Authorization number clearly noted. If returned items are received within 15 days of our shipping date and in new condition, there will be no restocking fee. Items received later than 15 days or that show use will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
